GHS Visits GES

Gilbert High School Athletes came to visit Gilbert Elementary School during lunch. Our students enjoyed talking to the student athletes and watching them perform stunts in the cafeteria. The high school students topped off their visit by playing with our elementary children at recess. The students got some great tips about football, and even jumping rope! Thanks GHS!

Teacher of the Year

Congratulations to Ms. Pamela Glover for being voted Gilbert Elementary’s Teacher of the Year. She is a third grade teacher and is quite deserving of this recognition. She shows her love for children each and every day as she greets her students with a hug and a “Good Morning.”

We would also like to congratulate the four other teachers who made it to the final round. They were Stephanie Margraf, Stephanie Motley, Kathleen Oswald and Stephanie Price. They were all deserving of this honor. We are very proud of these teachers and their dedication to their profession.
